Please credit me if you use my artwork anywhere public. Linking any or at least one of my listed social medias will be fine.

You are not allowed to edit finished artwork. Ex: painting over, liquefying, editing colours etc.

Redistribution of my artwork is strictly prohibited. You may not make merchandise or sell prints of my artwork. Printing for personal usage, such as for gifts or decoration, is okay.

Commissioned work might be used in my personal portfolio and published on my social medias.

All rights to the artwork ultimately will be reserved to me, the artist.

All payments will be made via VGen.

If your request is accepted, I will contact through your provided social media contacts or email and send you an invoice through Paypal.

Final artwork will be sent through your provided method of contact.

I will only start the commission upon payment! I do not accept partial payments.

After payment has been processed, the turnaround time will be approximately 60 days.

Quicker turnaround will be charged extra depending on how close the deadline is. Please discuss with me before payments are made.

I will send updates as and when needed or requested. You are free to prompt me for progress updates.

If any personal emergencies arises and I am unable to deliver within the 60 timeframe, I will contact you for an updated deadline. If the commission is not finished within the updated deadline, you are free to ask for a refund.

In any case that you want to pull out, refunds will be made depending of the stage of progress of the commission. ( 50% for sketch, 20% for colors and none for completed pieces.)

There will be no refunds once the commission is completed and finished.
